The FSO Jackpot Contest begins at 12:00 am EST on April 2nd, 2009 and ends on May 31, 2009 at 11:59 pm EST or when 1000 members is reached, whichever occurs first.

To enter and qualify for the FSO Jackpot Contest visit www.funnyshitonline.com and sign-up for a free account with email verification. Once signed up for an FSO account, participants can begin to upload videos and participating in the community. There are different methods of earning additional entries to increase your chances of winning a prize. No purchase is necessary. Limit of one account per person/user/email. People found to have more than one account will be banned from the entire network of FSO sites.

A random draw will be conducted at every 50 member intervals starting at 50 total members. The draw will be conducted within 2 business days of the 50th interval being reached and will be conducted in the Oshawa offices out of all the entries received in the computer system. The selected entrant will be contacted by email within 1 day after the draw. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant (and/or their parent/legal guardian) must first complete a written declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question. The selected entrant must respond to the notification of having won the prize within 3 days after being contacted or prize will be forfeited and put into next round.

Entries:
1 entry per approved video upload up to a maximum of 5 additional entries per day
5 entries per features video up to a maximum of 10 additional entries per day
2 entries for each completed referral up to a maximum of 20 additional entries per day
1 entry per proper comment up to a maximum of 10 additional entries per day.
Total Additional Entries per Day: 45

Users are permitted to upload more than the limited number of uploads and comments per day but will not receive entries beyond the maximums.

Entries do not carry over and counts are reset after every prize is given out.

The contest is open to all residents of Canada and United States 13 years of age or older. Parental consent to participate is required if entrant is under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of FSO, and their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, independent judging organization, or parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of materials related to this contest, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

PRIZING:

Prize is 80% of jackpot amount in the form of a Paypal(C) payment or cheque payable to the winner's name on account. 20% of amount is put back into the jackpot to start next round.
The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received by each interval reached. FSO reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

All entries become the property of FSO who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries, or for technical hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, fraud, incomplete, failed or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In the event of early termination of the contest, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award all prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify this contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by the sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail address).

By entering this contest, winner agrees to be governed by these rules, and consents to the use of their name and address (city only) in a winners' list.
